WHAT: Activist Support Circle special public event.

Artists and activists are invited to share Paul Conrad remembrances, discuss
the importance of public art and activism, and celebrate Paul Conrad's
birthday with Conrad family members, friends and co-workers.

Friends Meeting Hall
1440 Harvard Street, Santa Monica 90404
There is a growing effort now to save and restore Paul Conrad's
26-foot tall nuclear mushroom cloud public art peace sculpture that he
donated to the City of Santa Monica and that has been standing in the
Santa Monica Civic Center since 1991.

Paul Conrad died of natural causes on September 4, 2010 at his home in
Rancho Palos Verdes with his family by his side.
The June 27 event is free to the public. Free on-site parking available.
