Special Guest Lecturer Steve Harvey
Steve Harvey, a free-lance writer, worked for the Los  Angeles Times for 40 years,
as a reporter and as the "Only in L.A."  columnist. He still writes "Then and Now"
historical pieces (such as one  about Venice's short-lived nude beach) for The Times,
as well as a humorous  football column "The Bottom Ten."
